This is Anne…she was busy working at Cheltenham School of Complementary Therapy & Beauty when she started to feel unwell. Thankfully, a member of staff had attended Emergency First Aid at Work Training course in Gloucestershire.  It was only a 1-day course, but it taught her what she needed in times of emergencies and she was able to help Anne. When Anne’s heart stopped, Ainsley knew exactly what to do and started CPR. First Aid Training Courses in Cheltenham     About 8 years ago I was walking along Cheltenham High Street with my 2 children. In the doorway of a coffee shop was an elderly man, looking pale and laying on his back.  It took me a little while to read the situation as the coffee shop was full of people and there were numerous people outside the shop too!  I approached the man and the onlookers and asked if he was ok.  There was no response!
