How does working on someones feet help restore their body back to its natural balance?
This may sound incredible, but the art of Reflexology is known to help improve a variety of conditions including digestion issues, sleep problems, anxiety, depression, migraines and much more.
Join us on Sunday 2nd Feb 10am – 1:30pm – Reflexology for Beginners Workshop
Our Reflexology for Beginners Workshop is being held at the Cheltenham School of Complementary Therapy & Beauty on Sunday 2nd February, 2020 for people who’d like to learn more about this interesting treatment.
Reflexology is becoming more popular with people looking to holistic treatments rather than always turning to medicine to aid them mentally and physically.
What the workshop covers
Our Reflexology workshop is a great way to introduce you to this amazing holistic treatment. You’ll be trained by a qualified Reflexologist with over 14 years experience. The workshop will cover a mix of practical and theory, covering what’s involved in providing this treatment. At the end of the workshop you’ll be able to provide a lovely foot massage and know how to ‘walk’ over the feet with your thumbs pressing on key areas called reflexes.
The reflexes you’ll discover on the feet correspond to areas of the body. You’ll be able to see how these relate to the body and how the treatment can help our bodies to function better by viewing the Reflexology foot chart.
The morning will be very hands on, and you’ll be able to give a reflexology treatment and receive one. The treatment is very relaxing.
The cost of this small-group Reflexology workshop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is just £60 per person. Book by Wednesday 15th January and you’ll receive £5 the cost of the course. You can book online through our booking system.
We look forward to welcoming you.
