What is Indian Head Massage and who is it for?
Indian Head Massage is a traditional practice, originating from India. It focuses on using massage techniques for the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face to help provide stress-relief and a reduction in tension.
Indian Head Massage is a highly relaxing experience both physically and psychologically. There have been great studies in the benefits and effects of Indian Head Massage and research has found that not only does it relieve muscle tension but it also supports and stimulates the lymphatic system and increases blood and oxygen circulation throughout the body.
Training in Indian Head Massage is a fantastic way to start in holistic therapies, especially if you want to give massage a go and are unsure as to whether it’s something you want to pursue as a career. Our Indian Head Massage course in Gloucestershire is run over 3 days and costs just £425, compared with the Swedish Massage Certificate that requires 8 face-to-face training days, increased online theory work and costs £1297.
Holistic therapy training courses are great for anyone who is looking for a change of career. We’ve seen office workers, teachers, nurses, Sales assistants, homeworkers, and many others, start a new adventure in Holistic therapies. Is this your time?

with an average learner age of approx 40 years of age. The VTCT-Accredited Indian Head
Massage course is so ideal for complete beginners, as well as existing therapists. It’s an
