This is a 1-day Hot Stone Massage Course, suitable for qualified Level 3 Massage Therapists (Aromatherapy, Sports, holistic, Swedish).
Your tutor has 17 years of massage experience and will provide a positive learning experience.
On this day you will take your massage skills and advance them further, with the use of hot basalt stones. You will learn about the tradition of hot stones and how to use them safely, in order to offer an alternative massage service. This treatment appeals to clients who want results but don’t like to feel the soreness that sometimes comes with a deeper massage.
Hot stones are known for their therapeutic benefits. The heat from the stones help to warm muscles and some people prefer the therapeutic massage they help to provide.
We will organise a case study treatment for you in the afternoon, in order for you to gain confidence in your practise.
This course is FHT-Accredited and at the end of the day, after you have demonstrated competence, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. This qualification will be recognised by all of the major insurance companies.
