Discover what essential oils really are, how pure and adulterated oils differ and what therapeutic properties a range of oils have.
We will look at how oils can stimulate and sedate, when used on the body, i.e. oils and creams, and also via inhalation. During this part of the workshop we will also look at ‘notes’ of essential oils and how to use this information to make a ‘synergistic’ blend that doesn’t evaporate too quickly.
Safe use of essential oils is so important and you will learn about dilutions of essential oils in base oils, for both children and adults.
In this workshop you will give and receive arm/hand massage and also make a few products to take home with you.
