Cheltenham School of Complementary Therapy & Beauty are running a fantastic Aromatherapy workshop on Sunday 2nd February, 2020 for people like you, who would like to learn more about this fascinating subject.

The Aromatherapy for beginners workshop is a fun and educational session, with a good balance of the theory and practice of Aromatherapy. This workshop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire lasts 3.5-hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to become familiar with the fundamentals of Aromatherapy.

Discover what essential oils really are, how pure and adulterated oils differ and what therapeutic properties a range of oils have.

We will look at how oils can stimulate and sedate, when used on the body, i.e. oils and creams, and also via inhalation. During this part of the workshop we will also look at ‘notes’ of essential oils and how to use this information to make a ‘synergistic’ blend that doesn’t evaporate too quickly.

Safe use of essential oils is so important and you will learn about dilutions of essential oils in base oils, for both children and adults.

In this workshop you will give and receive arm/hand massage and also make a few products to take home with you.

Refreshments will be provided.

The workshop will be run by an experienced Aromatherapist and teacher.

 

The cost of this small-group Aromatherapy workshop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is just £60 per person.
